Data Deletion Request
Last updated: July 27, 2026
SoloLedger Bookkeeping is a local-first bookkeeping and evidence archive app by CloveCode Studio.
Current App Version
SoloLedger can be used locally without signing in. Users may optionally sign in with Google to enable Google Drive app data sync for ledger entries and proof files.
Delete Data On Your Device
You can delete ledger entries and proof files inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes local app data from the device.
Delete Google Drive Sync Data
If you enabled cloud sync, open SoloLedger Settings > Account and sync, then choose Delete cloud data. This removes SoloLedger files from your Google Drive application data folder and signs you out of the app.
Delete Your SoloLedger Account Association
SoloLedger does not create or maintain a separate developer-operated account. Google sign-in connects your existing Google Account to optional sync and Pro ownership. To remove this association, open SoloLedger Settings > Account and sync, then choose Delete cloud data. This deletes SoloLedger cloud data, revokes the app's Drive authorization, and signs you out. It does not delete your Google Account.

Cloud Sync Or Account Data
SoloLedger does not operate a developer-hosted ledger database. Optional sync data is stored in the Google Drive application data folder for the Google Account selected by the user.
